1. General Policy
All course fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. No Refund Cases
- Change of mind after purchase
- Failure to attend or complete the course
- Technical issues from the user’s side
- Violation of academy policies
3. Exceptional Cases
Refunds may only be considered if:
- Payment was made twice (duplicate transaction)
- Course is canceled by the academy
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–15 working days.
5. Mode of Refund
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method.
